Contact form privacy notice

Checkpoint Carbon is operated by Gama 500 Inc. This notice covers our launch website and ordinary enquiries, not a purchaser account or a transaction.

Your enquiry

We use the name, reply email address and message you provide to handle your enquiry and related correspondence. The form is hosted on Google Cloud and delivers the message to our company mailbox through Google Workspace. It does not add you to a marketing list. Please do not send identity documents, passwords, bank details or card information.

Google connection

Only our company account authorises the website to send these messages. Visitors are not asked to connect or grant access to their own mailbox. This sending connection does not read or delete incoming emails. Its credentials stay on the server and are not sent to visitors.

Storage and retention

Ordinary enquiries are retained for 90 days after handling is complete. The company team manages their deletion; the website does not automatically delete emails. This is not a promise that Google’s backup copies are removed on the same date. The website processes the message for delivery but does not write its contents to application logs or a customer database.

Browsing and security

Hosting and security services process technical request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs and request times, to deliver the site and limit abuse. Do not put sensitive details in website URLs. This launch website does not set sign-in or advertising cookies, load marketing analytics, or offer accounts, payments or document uploads.
